You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). All other returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON EXPORT ORDERS
Any claim made of faulty merchandise is subject to our examination, and if determined to be valid we will replace or refund the original purchase price . Any items returned without prior notification to us will be refused on delivery.

We export using FedEx, to Canada we will use Ground or Air, depending on the customer’s choice.
The minimum charge on any order will be $30 to Canada. On all other worldwide exports, we ship FedEx Air Economy, and the minimum fee will be $60. These prices do not include any taxes, tariffs, or other fees that may be due on delivery. We do not export to all countries. Orders are sent signature required. If you pay by PayPal, you must be a verified member.
