Product Description
A ball bearing replacement set for the plastic sleeve bushing that is OEM. Inspired by a thread started on the concours.org/zggtr.org website by joefech.
The do it yourself kit comes with all the needed bearings, spacers, and shims, plus instructions on our Knowledge Base page.
We can supply you a factory fresh shifter, with rubber toe boot and the bearinged up shifter parts installed and ready to go.
Please note, use a light spread of "Locktite" on the bore of the shifter before installing the bearings
March 2021:
I have added the option to purchase bearing locker and a purpose machined punch to remove the factory plastic bushing.Greatly simplifing the job!

Unsure at this time. Was hoping for instructions but none supplied so I will have to figure it out.
